Plantsonline.biz [A.B.N 77 394 088 051] will reserve orders for plants upon receipt of the deposit stipulated by Plantsonline.biz.

It is the responsibility of Plantsonline.biz to freight the plants within 7 working days from the customers deposit date.

In the event of the order reserved not being supplied or being partially supplied by Plantsonline.biz, Plantsonline.biz's liability shall be limited to the refund of the deposit paid in the respect of the portion of the order not supplied.

In the event of an order being cancelled or not accepted by the purchaser, Plantsonline.biz shall be entitled to retain any deposit, in addition to any other legal remedy to which Plantsonline.biz may be entitled.

Payment must be made prior to the goods being packed and freighted. In any event, payment must be made without deduction or set-off.

Freight and plant health certificates are not included in the price.

We accept responsibility for the plants during Freight only. It is the responsibility of the customer once delivered.

Plantsonline.biz makes no representations as to the survival rate, fruitfulness, variety or any other matter relating to the performance of the plants.

Plantsonline.biz will not be liable otherwise than set out above and in particular will not be liable for any consequential losses [including loss of profits] arising from loss of or use of the plants, whether in contract, negligence or pursuant to any excludable statutory rights.
